Thanks for the info. I’ve pretty much ruled out Bessegen, though was planning on just doing it as a day hike and not camping for that one. I did pick up a DNT key so if you have any easier cabin suggestions within 3-4 hours of stryn and ideally on the way to trondheim that would be helpful

apologies for english! Hi! I am in the Stryn area and have 5-6 days left before heading to lofoten. Need to be in Trondheim late on the 5th) I realize this time of year is cold and snowy but am seeking safe but spectacular views, and ideally some 2 day/1 night overnight hikes. I am considering: - Andalsneses area / romsdale / romsdaleggen hike - head to jotunheimen for bessegen (4c temps … they got snow a couple days ago not sure how bad) plus maybe other day hikes - maybe something in Breiheimen? I have a tent and quilt rated to -6c but prefer to camp around 0c or above otherwise uss huts/dayhike. I would rate myself as an advanced beginner backpacker, or maybe intermediate but not an expert in mountains How would you use these next 5 days? Anyone want to join? Trip so far: bergen to trolltunga overnight camp to Flåm to lovatnet/briksdell easy glacier hike to stryn. Want something more adventurous now.
