Gullfunn! Jeg klikket meg inn på Polaria i Tromsø, og der står følgende:
"Tromsø StratoTower (Himmelbygget)
Norways tallest building north of Sinsen. Buildt in 1985, this building reaches 1638ft. in the air, making it the tallest stairlike building of its time. Constructed by the famous Peder Norbye in the late 70's it still took almost 15 years before it was completed, due to an unfortunate series if suicides in the early 80's. This later led to the new legislations on securing builindsites in Norway.
The Café on the top (67th floor) is a beautiful sighting place. Also infamous for its Basejumperclub: Stratojumpers (Himmelhopperne)."
